I visit this cafe every week while my daughter is at tennis, and it’s become a real highlight of my routine. The food and drinks are consistently amazing, with a great selection to choose from, whether you’re after a quick coffee or something more substantial. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend the egg mayo on posh toast with bacon – it’s absolutely delicious! Can’t recommend this place enough.
Very friendly staff and amazing sandwiches. Will definitely be going there again.
Great coffee and home made sweet treats. Lovely attentive service. Fantastic location, great views onto the cricket pitch, easy parking. Will come again!
Such a tasty bacon sandwich! From the thick cut bacon to the posh tomato ketchupwill definitely be going back again for another one :)
Great food from a snack, to lunch, to cake and so on plus a huge range of coffees and other drinks. If you want a special order or if you want something specially cooked (eg crispy bacon!) you'll get it and served with a big smile in convivial surroundings. Have it served on the patio looking out towards the cricket ground and distant hills if the weather is good. :)
Great stop for us boys when we are out cycling, the Egg and Bacon Rolls are 10/10
Great find! The team here are lovely and the coffee was really, really good. They told me it is roasted locally by some young bloke not too far away and he clearly knows what he is doing. Cakes were home baked too. Sat outside in the sunshine, on the boundary of the cricket pitch listening to the lawnmower perfecting the grounds and the birds chirping away in the trees. England at its best with good coffee. What’s not to like?
Fantastic cafe in a most beautiful location. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, great selection of food and must have cakes a real treasure for all walkers and cyclists
